14f Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 14f platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 14f platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 14f platform ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 14f platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your account remains current at all times.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 14f will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your 14f account.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 14f platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Specifically prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to defraud the betting system or exploit any technical bugs within the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate betting outcomes or scrape platform data.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate bets in multiplayer games.
- Any form of money laundering conducted through platform accounts.
- Submitting falsified documents or false identity information.
The platform reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance deduction, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 14f platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the system. For any unexpected delays, please contact customer support with proof of transaction for further investigation.
Fund withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
- All withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply depending on the selected payment method.
- The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or regulatory compliance purposes.
Any taxes, charges, or duties related to your transactions are entirely your responsibility. 14f is not liable for any tax obligations arising from your winnings or transactions.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 14f platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the platform makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability of its services. The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or inaccurate odds information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 14f platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain references to third-party services. 14f is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Any interaction you have with third parties is entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
14f platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, prolonged account inactivity, or a request from the relevant authorities. If your account is suspended, you will be notified via your registered email with further details. Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Changes to Terms
The platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process, and where necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
